This program is primarily private pay. HSA and FSA funds are often accepted. Medicare beneficiaries should contact me directly, as certain services may have separate billing considerations. I will review your options with you before you make any financial commitment.
Not every patient is a good candidate for every program. That is why the process begins with a thorough evaluation. If my findings indicate that this program is not appropriate for you, or that another intervention would serve you better, I will tell you directly and refer you accordingly.
You will complete a brief intake form covering your history, symptom duration, prior treatments, and current functional limitations. I will then perform a comprehensive examination — including orthopedic and neurological evaluation of the cervical and thoracic spine and shoulder as well as any other region that may be affected by the condition. I will explain my findings in plain language. If the program is appropriate for you, you will receive a sample treatment immediately following the examination.
Phase 1 includes six visits, scheduled twice per week over three weeks. Whether Phase 2 and Phase 3 are clinically indicated will be determined at the formal reassessment following Visit 6.
