Frozen Shoulder Affecting Your Daily Life?

My Frozen Shoulder Program is a structured, multi-modality chiropractic program developed specifically for adhesive capsulitis. It begins with a thorough evaluation and a care plan tailored to your clinical presentation.

Gentle, non-surgical, drug-free care

One-on-one care delivered by a licensed chiropractor with 14 years of experience in serving the community

Program structure adjusted based on your evaluation and response to care

When you call, I will review your condition together with you, answer all questions that you have and explain what the next steps are if you decide to proceed.

Frozen shoulder can be a debilitating clinical condition. It deserves focused clinical attention.

When reaching into a cabinet, dressing, or lifting your arm becomes painful or restricted, it affects nearly every part of your day. Frozen shoulder (adhesive capsulitis) is a well-documented condition involving progressive stiffness, pain, and limited range of motion in the shoulder joint. Without appropriate intervention, the condition can persist for a year or longer. Many patients have already tried rest, physical therapy, or cortisone injections with incomplete results. That is often because no single modality addresses all of the underlying components simultaneously. My program was developed to address frozen shoulder from multiple clinical angles — neurological, mechanical, and soft tissue — in a structured, supervised setting.

A Structured, Multi-Modality Chiropractic Program for Adhesive Capsulitis

The program begins with a comprehensive evaluation. Based on your findings, I develop a care plan that includes up to three phases, each designed to build on the progress of the previous phase.

Phase 1

Intensive Correction

Formal reassessment at Visit 6

Further care continues only if reassessment indicates it is appropriate.

Phase 2

Reinforcement

(if clinically indicated)

Formal reassessment at Visit 9

Further care continues only if reassessment indicates it is appropriate.

Phase 3

Consolidation

(if clinically indicated)

Your program plan — including which phases are appropriate for you — is determined after your initial evaluation. Not every patient requires all three phases.

Non-surgical

Non-pharmaceutical

No long-term contracts

Care delivered by me personally

A Clear, Supervised Plan with Regular Progress Review

One-on-one consultation and comprehensive shoulder examination

Range-of-motion measurement and documentation

Cervical, thoracic, and glenohumeral assessment

Clear explanation of my clinical findings and what they mean for your care

If the program is appropriate for you, you will receive a sample treatment immediately following the examination

Each treatment visit includes the full set of therapies described below. At each visit, I reassess your progress, note changes in range of motion and pain levels, and adjust your care plan as clinically appropriate

Trigenics® Neuromuscular Assessment and Treatment

Trigenics® is a complete neuromuscular assessment and treatment system that I am trained and certified to perform. It involves the application of multiple neurological inputs — including resisted muscle contractions, breathing coordination, and sensory stimulation — designed to address the neurological components of restricted movement and pain. Treatment is performed with you actively participating. The goal is to retrain the brain to allow the shoulder to move safely.

Chiropractic Manipulative Therapy (CMT)

Gentle chiropractic adjustments to the spine and extremities are used to restore joint mobility and reduce mechanical restriction contributing to shoulder dysfunction.

Photobiomodulation (PBM) — Therapeutic Laser

Light therapy applied to targeted tissues to support cellular activity, reduce inflammation, and promote tissue recovery.

Pulsed Electromagnetic Field Therapy (PEMF)

A non-invasive therapy using electromagnetic pulses to support cellular function and tissue repair in the shoulder and surrounding structures.

KinesioTaping

Applied as clinically indicated to support joint alignment, improve proprioceptive (nerve receptor) feedback, and reduce strain on recovering tissues between visits.

Personal, Professional, Clinically Focused

I will be treating you throughout the program. I am a licensed Doctor of Chiropractic practicing in Bensalem, Pennsylvania. I hold advanced training and certification in Trigenics® neuromuscular therapy and Laser Therapy. I have applied this and the other treatment modalities in this program for patients with musculoskeletal and neurological conditions. As a licensed chiropractor, my goal is to help you improve shoulder function, reduce pain, and address the conditions limiting your daily activities — through a structured, supervised, evidence-informed program.

Treatment Visits — $354 each

Not every patient is a good candidate for every program. That is why the process begins with a thorough evaluation. If my findings indicate that this program is not appropriate for you, or that another intervention would serve you better, I will tell you directly and refer you accordingly.

You will complete a brief intake form covering your history, symptom duration, prior treatments, and current functional limitations. I will then perform a comprehensive examination — including orthopedic and neurological evaluation of the cervical and thoracic spine and shoulder as well as any other region that may be affected by the condition. I will explain my findings in plain language. If the program is appropriate for you, you will receive a sample treatment immediately following the examination.

Phase 1 includes six visits, scheduled twice per week over three weeks. Whether Phase 2 and Phase 3 are clinically indicated will be determined at the formal reassessment following Visit 6.
